Buy a brick to celebrate an important event in your life, whether it is your wedding day, anniversary, birthday, or memory of someone, etc. You choose what you want engraved on your brick. Your brick will be set into the winding brick pathway, or purchase an extra brick for your home. Each brick is 4" x 8"

Deposit will hold the date and time. Deposit and or all payments will be applied in full towards the total fees. Deposit and all payments are therefore non-refundable and non-transferable. If package is reserved online, there are no automatic payments as credit card/Stripe information is not stored online. You either may:
Diamond and Emerald Wedding packages: Installment payment in the amount of $1,500 is due nine months prior to event, $1,500 six months prior to event, and $1,500 three months prior to event. The balance is due with the final count, 7-10 days prior to event.
If payments are not made on schedule, the reservation and services are subject to cancellation at Chapel in the Pines' sole discretion.
If CIPW&BCINC is prevented or delayed from performing any of its obligations under this Agreement due to the Force Majeure, CIPW&BCINC is excused from performance of such obligations hereunder within the scope of such prevention or delay. CIPW&BCINC shall take reasonable steps to minimize or eliminate the effect as the result of Force Majeure and shall exercise efforts to resume the performance prevented or delayed due to Force Majeure. Once the event of Force Majeure is eliminated, each party agrees to use its best efforts to resume the performance of its obligations under this Agreement.
Chapel in the Pines must grant permission for food and beverages to be brought in.
Outside alcohol is not permitted. All alcohol must be through CIPW&BCINC bar service, Pub64.
This contract is for the use of the venue and the grounds for the allotted time. Any party staying beyond the allotted time period will be charged accordingly. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
I give my permission to use photographs of my wedding to use in all forms of media and promotional purposes.
